A client update is required for update #12.
- Updated Logistics Pipes to build 95 (another upgrade may come soon).
- Added BiblioCraft.
- Added new smilies in chat! (Please test smilies in a private channel.)
- Removed TrainCraft.
- Removed Damage Indicators.
- Removed ParticleDeco.
Factorization consideration will be pushed to the next update. Another update will likely be rolled out soon for extra fixes and possibly a change of some emoticon images.

To summarize the recent changes:
- Block breakers can no longer break stone or cobble. This means that frame borers are now broken, and you can't make a cobble generator with them (please use GregTech or Thermal Expansion for that task).
- Chunk loaders and BC3 quarries should properly work again. Note that chunks would be unloaded if the server is restarted.
- Advanced Jetpacks now negate fall damage in a manner similar to the other jetpacks.
No client update is required.

I'd like everyone's opinion on whether explosions should be enabled or whether they should be disabled. They can be blocked so that they can't affect other people's chunks, so the primary question is, would you like to play Minecraft with explosions (as if you were playing alone)?
The explosions of creepers and such are/should be disabled.

Frame borers are still 80% of the cause of the server lag. Therefore, I'd like to do something about them, possibly disabling them. I can, for example, only allow block breakers in a limited number of chunks per person, a list that you would not be able to change easily.
However, if disabling block breakers makes massive gains to the server's performance, we can have things like chunk loaders enabled and BC3 quarries fixed.
In Alice 1.2.5, frame borers were not a problem because they were too hard for most people to make. The change to allow crafting pneumatic pipes with frames changed that, and it also allowed people to make larger frame borers as they have to use fewer frame blocks for the purpose of building the non-mining portions of a frame borer. In addition, RP2's tubes are not the most efficient and people can accidentally build a demanding system (which may include infinite loops). Without frame borers, most people avoid RP2's pipes entirely, but frame borers change that.

Right now, the next Alice update (scheduled for sometime this week) will include:
- The addition of BiblioCraft
- An update of LogisticsPipes
- The potential removal of TrainCraft (due to leaks it has and the fact that few people use it)
- The potential addition of Factorization
This list is not final and I just made it off my head -- I'll comb through posts later. In the mean time, anything to suggest?

The server's back. It crashed because of Balkon's Weapon Mod apparently.

A client update is required. You will be prompted to update upon launching the game.
- BuildCraft Fillers are currently disabled as they are the cause of the server crashes. Anyone that was banned due to crash problems should now be unbanned.
- Enabled the difficult iridium plate recipe so that you can create them.
- Fixed the size of Ender Chests being reverted due to the last update.

We need to do some important updates to the server, and for that reason, the server may have lag spikes for the next few hours. Sorry. Come back tomorrow if it gets too annoying.
Update: The updates have completed!
