New Staff Member: Branderos

I would like to welcome our newest staff member, Branderos to the team! He will be primarily a moderator for Vincent although I am sure that he wouldn't mind helping you on Alice.

I'm sure he will be good for the community and hopefully his presence as a staff member will suppress some of the recently occurring problems on our vanilla Vincent server.
