Barter Shops

You can create "barter shops" that trade one item for another when a player uses the shop sign. Barter shops make it easier to trade and it also prevents people from stealing your items.

Creating a Shop

1. First, you need to lock a chest (double or single) using lock signs.
2. Make a sign above the chest with [Shop] as the first line, the price as the second line, and finally the item being sold for the third line.
   
3. You should see something along the lines of "Shop created" in chat.

Using Shops

You can crouch-right click (default key: SHIFT) a shop sign to trade items. When you first create the shop sign, the [Shop] text will be black, but once someone uses it, the text will turn green or red indicating whether the shop is in stock.
