Building in survival can be difficult when you can spend a significant amount fo time pillaring up where you need to be. We've added jet boots to help mitigate that problem by letting you fly within a limited distance around a beacon.
To make use of jet boots, you will need to build a 3 level beacon with some diamond blocks in it, and then then crouch-right click the beacon when you are wearing any sort of footwear. After following those steps, you can double tab jump to fly into the air. However, be aware that the durability of your boots will slowly degrade when you use them for flying!
